ETO nETwOrks
"The meeting provided an excellent opportunity to meet
others, with an interest in opera, especially ETO, in the wonderful setting of
a 15th century barn. We feel privileged to be part of the ETO Crawley
nETwOrk and with so much enthusiasm feel sure it will be a great success."
John and Nesta Symon, ETO Crawley Networkers.
In
the last year, ETO has formed local area ambassador groups (called nETwOrks) in
London, Crawley and Cambridge. In Spring 2006, ETO was able
to find a venue in Sussex (The Friary in Crawley - where ETO returns for a
Baroque Festival concert this autumn) to do an emergency performance of Jenufa
after the theatre closed due to a strike at the theatre - thanks to our Crawley
nETwOrk - here's a typical nETwOrk event where we get together and explore the
operas on tour together....
Can
you tell us where the nearest post office is, want us to bring singers to your
area and offer a sample of the works ETO is touring - perhaps you want to form
an opera exploration club at your local bookstore? Why not be the next
link in the ETO chain by forming a nETwOrk in your area?
To learn
more about forming a nETwOrk in your area, please call us on 020 7833 2555 or email.
